Adult Lessons

30 Minute Classes
We believe that everyone can learn to swim, no matter their challenges or fears.
Our team of certified instructors are highly trained to teach adults how to overcome their fear of water while placing a spotlight on safety and technique.​ Adults can register for any private, adult semi-private or adult group class.

Group Lessons are $112 per month for (4) thirty minute lessons, private lessons are $220 per month for (4) thirty minute lessons, and semi-private lessons are $160 per month for (4) thirty minute lessons.*There is a $30 registration fee for all new students. All pricing listed is per student. Makeup Lessons are NOT guaranteed and may be scheduled upon availability and pool space.

"What Group Level Should I Be In?"
Beginner 1
- Minor or major fear of water.
- Minor of major fear of submerging underwater.
- Can not back float independently for longer than 10 seconds.
- Can not jump in deep, roll on their back and swim out of deep end.
Beginner 2
- No fear of water
- Comfortable submerging underwater.
- Is able to back float independently for longer than 10 seconds.
- Is able to jump in water over their head, roll to their back, float and swim out of deep end.
Intermediate 1
- Able to swim 1/2 a lap (12.5 yds) of freestyle, & backstroke w/ proper technique, unassisted.
- Able to do forward and backward streamlines.
- Able to properly tread in deep water longer than 10 seconds.
Intermediate 2
- Able to swim 1/2 lap (12.5 yds) of freestyle & 25yds of backstroke w/ proper technique, unassisted.
- Able to properly tread longer than 30 seconds.
- Able to demonstrate proper forward streamline w/ dolphin kicks.
- Able to demonstrate proper kneeling dive with streamline entry.
